Deer Park Condo Association is $251.25
monthly, this includes 70 channels of cable TV access. Glen Condominium Association,
which is the group of similar garden style condo buildings is
$85/monthly. Total = $336.25. This is the current/up-to-date bill I
believe for all 2 bedroom condos in the Glen Association. Owners do not
pay different assessments for the same unit. Fees include typical
associations responsibilities. Some items included in the fees are
recreation center, upkeep of the property, upkeep of condos (outside
unit), firewood supplied on the end of each floor, bus pick up/drop off
for skiing at Loon.

Upcoming assessment -
There is one for $1,000 that has been
paid. This is assessed to all current owners in Deer Park. They are
going to be upgrading the roof on the recreation center and I believe
rejuvenating a couple tennis courts too. This was precipitated by a
terrible storm in April. The board of directors decided to do the roof
entirely rather than just fix what was damaged (which was covered by
insurance), they had started a fund from dues already because they knew
this would be coming in the next couple of years. The storm accelerated
the plan.
