Year round fun!  Views, views! Great spot for family reunions! Dog friendly too! Deer Park resort is a well-run resort community in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  Near Loon and Cannon mountains and not far from Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods.  Easy on/off Route 93 @ Exit 32.

Deer Park Resort offers:- Summertime activities such as tennis, walking, biking, swimming and non-motorized boating in the 5 acre lake, fishing in the Pemigewassett River, basketball, playground and outdoor gazebo with a large grill for barbeques.  In the winter you can skate on the rink and take the bus from the clubhouse to ski at Loon Mountain.  The clubhouse features a very large pool, hot tub, men and ladies locker rooms, exercise rooms, racquetball and wallyball court, pool and ping pong tables, arcade room, DVD rentals, and a huge gathering room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and large kitchen.

Why we and so many others love Deer Park Resort in North Woodstock, NH?  We had been visiting for several years while our children were growing up.  Finally, in 2003 we decided to purchase a condo at Deer Park.  We were fortunate enough to find one of the best spots in the community (our "unbiased" opinion ;-) not only because of location, but the because of the other wonderful people in our building.  Now we have some great family memories of holidays and birthday celebrations. However, we now feel it is time to allow someone else enjoyment and make their own wonderful memories.

The condo is on the second floor providing a superior view of the "Pemi",along with being able to enjoy ever-changing scenery.  There is constant, soothing sounds of the brook/river along with the cooling breezes while you are relaxing on the deck or, retiring for the night. 

Built around 1988, at 1250 square feet, you will find all rooms very spacious and comfortable in the condominium. The split plan for the bedrooms and baths provide privacy for you and guests, or children. There is a wood burning fireplace in the large living room.  The Association provides your wood, just outside the door. The kitchen and dining is more than ample for a few cooks and comfortable dining for 6-8. It is heated by gas and has an extra storage closet, unlike some of the older buildings. Since 2003, we have made many changes to the condo.  Some of the more major, newer items include: painting, carpeting; furniture in the living room (including a pull-out sofa); twin mattresses, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, storm door and added many other items.  It has not been a rental....

A bit more about the area of Lincoln NH and North Woodstock: Nearby Deer Park Resort is Clark's Trading Post, the Hobo Railroad, the Dinner Train, Lost River, Franconia Notch, The Flume. Both North Woodstock and Lincoln have several choices for dining and shopping. The White Mountains offers an abundance of activities for all ages and interests!  In the winter there is skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. During the summer hike area trails and mountains, golf at the many golf courses.  Enjoy a day of outlet shopping in North Conway by taking the 34.5 mile scenic Kancamagus highway.
